Cookies are small text files which contain a small amount of data that are placed on your computer or device as you use Effortless Thai.
Our Use of Cookies
We use these for important purposes like security and accessibility. We also use analytics cookies to understand your use of our Services so we can make it better.

Functional Cookies
We also utilize cookies for basic features of our site, like for the service to function we need to know your app language, your display theme, your audio volume preference. This information is stored in a functional cookie, which we store locally on your device.
Third-party
We may use a small number of third parties that will process your data on behalf of us. Where a cookie or tracker is used by our service, Effortless Thai will restrict their processing to our explicit purpose only and for the exclusive purposes set out in our Privacy Policy. In the case we process personal data, it's always subject to our Privacy Policy.
Our Third Party Partners
We use Stripe as a payments provider for paid Effortless Thai subscriptions.
We use OpenAI and ElevenLabs, to translate and pronounce some of the Thai words you are learning.
We also use a tool we built ourselves, the Effortless Thai API, which is an internal API that we built to serve content and data to the app.
Lastly, we use Firebase for authentication and analytics. This helps us understand product performance and make sure the service is up and running 24/7.
Analytics
We use open-source analytics tools that are designed from the ground up to be privacy-first.
Managing and Refusing Cookies
You can control and/or delete cookies as you wish. You can block any or all cookies by enabling settings on your browser (like an incognito or private mode) that will refuse the use of most cookies (note: some of the services may not function properly). If you don’t want to receive our cookies, you can also block them or be asked each time a cookie is being sent to you by turning on private browsing.
